I am the Internet Documentation Coordinator for SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL and Secured Party, authorized to speak for and respond on behalf of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES, property in which I have a primary and perfected UCC-1 security interest.
It has come to my attention that you are in possession of and have made unauthorized use of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES copyrighted materials. No permission has been granted for you to use or monetize the Works as the basis for any outside projects, nor to make or distribute copies of works derived therefrom. Therefore, I believe you have willfully infringed rights protected under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages.

This is timely written Notice and Demand that you are to IMMEDIATELY CEASE and DESIST from:
The use and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Works, and all copies of them;
Desist from this or any other infringement of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA my rights in the future;
Make available for inspection and copying, all materials, outtakes and footage that were your duty to place, with the originals thereof, in the Archives;
Recover and return all unauthorized copies of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES private property distributed to any third parties and inform them that you were without authority to grant any use of the copyrighted materials.
It is my opinion that CLAYTON L. LUCE'S actions have violated state and Federal laws. Your continued violations which infringe SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES copyrights, may constitute harassment and may subject you to substantial civil damages in addition to statutory fines and penalties. This Notice will serve as proof that you were fully informed of said violations and harassment and that you voluntarily, willfully and knowingly, chose to continue to commit said crime(s) against SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES, the minor children whose faces and names have been improperly disclosed and myself.
If I have not received an affirmative response from you by June 31, 2013, indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements, I shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.
As a review:
I demand that you immediately cease the use and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Works, and all copies of them, and that you make available for inspection and copying, all materials, outtakes and footage that were your duty to place, with the originals thereof, in the Archives, and that you deliver to me all unused, undistributed copies of the Works, and that you desist from this or any other infringement of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES or my rights in the future.

Dear Mr. Bey,
I have read your Cease and Desist notice and now formally issue my reply! I, Clayton L. Luce, own and posses original time stamped and unedited originals of all my works produced on my site, and hereby refuse to remove any material.
However, let it be known to you, that in accordance with my original cease and desist, pending my attorneys action which could take several days or even weeks, I hereby revoke all privileges to SCEI-1BLOOD International and its subsidiaries to use any and all images, audio files, video files or digital creations created or recorded by me, from the year 2007 to date.
This is not a formal notice, as that will come later. I will wait until we are prepared for court to issue the final Cease and Desist. Just know this Iyel, It is YOU that I am going to sue for each and every image that I own. Don't forget that have all of the originals, without edits and watermarks. Every image or video I ever submitted to SCEI-1BLOOD for use was a copy with watermarks or postdated time stamps. You have no possible way of proving in a court of law that you own any of the material you claim, while I, on the other hand, still possess the original unedited masters.
In regards to the SCEI Multimedia International Archives, I contend that no such organization exists and is fraudulent under the law. Further more, I maintain that if any such organization has been created, such has occurred under the name of Dr. Kenneth D. Jackson, or one of his subsidiaries or agents at a time after my original copyrighted works were created. Moreso, this man is currently under multiple international criminal investigations and operates under a false name and using false credentials, and the theft of my work, including large portions of a Closer Look 1BLOOD, are merely a small portion of his larger international criminal activities, which I shall hold you to account.
To restate, I have no fear or intimidation of SCEI-1BLOOD or its empty and pathetic threats, I am fully prepared to defend myself in court and furthermore, I am now prepared to take offensive legal actions against the cult SCEI-1BLOOD, as well as personal law suits against yourself, Iyel Bey, for fraudulent copyright claims and digital harassment.
OFFICIAL NOTICE:
In the future, all copyright infringement related claims shall be directed to me through the official legal representation of SCEI-1BLOOD or Iyel Bey, bearing official legal watermarks or letterhead of a bar certified attorney or court. Any further amateur cease and desist notices (such as the one above) will be reported to appropriate authorities and used against you in civil court.
