Disgraced U.S. con-man and cult leader Kenneth D. Jackson was recently featured in a video that announced the formation of his own Gambian football team the “Ambassador Dr. Jackson Football Club” with Ambassador Ansumana Jammeh of Qatarr.
The video appears to show the two men in alliance with each other as bother appear to be comfortable and at ease in the safety of Kenneth D. Jackson’s compound in Gambia.
Ansumana Jammeh has come under heavy internal political fiar in recent months as a result of his abuses of power and presumed betrayal of President Yahya Jammeh by installing callboxes within his affiliate company of Gambian propaganda machine Gamtel.
In a recent letter to Jammeh a warning was sent making it clear that Jammehs angry at the embezzlement and betrayal of Ansumana was nearing a peak and that he should escape the country while he still could.
Yahya Jammeh is known internationally for his extreme paranoia and eagerness to murder and imprison those close to him in both the government and private sectors.
Hailed as a dictator by most of the world and the west Yahya Jammeh is rarely referred to under his official title of President or His Excellency when referred to in the international press.
The question on many Gambian and intelligence officials’ minds alike is “what is the relationship between Kenneth Jackson and this notorious crime family?
Raising further alarms arrest reports have been found in Atlanta, Georgia pertaining to Ansumana Jammehs incarceration less than 100 miles from Kenneth D. Jackson’s SCEI-1BLOOD Headquarters in the United States.
Two records were found for Mr. Jammeh one from 2011 and the latest only 6 short months ago. Both arrests occurred after Kenneth D. Jackson claimed to be starting an operation in the Gambia with Jammeh.
The 2013 arrest included the following charges: Driving without a license, expired tag, unlawful possession display or use of fraudulent Identification documents and giving a false name, address or birthdate to Law Enforcement.
The arrest occurred on Cobb Parkway in Marietta, Georgia.
Ansumana Jammeh represents only one more among a growing list of criminal and terrorist organizations which Kenneth D. Jackson and his religious cult SCEI-1BLOOD International continue to affiliate with openly.
The video was published by SCEI-1BLOOD cult member Iyel Bey, although no author has claimed credit for the propaganda video.

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK!!! Iyel Bey Launches a vulgar smear campaign against cult enemies
Iyel Bey of SCEI-1BLOOD International has produced a slander video against SCEI-1BLOOD cult watch founder Clayton L. Luce (me) which includes accusations of theft, betrayal and spiritual wickedness.Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, it contained no response to the many serious criminal allegations against Kenneth D. Jackson or his cult-like church group Sovereign Church of 'ELOHIYM International.
The first is an excerpt from a video by Clayton Luce in which he described a graphic story SCEI-1BLOOD cult leader Smoke Jackson told to his lieutenants (of which Mr. Bey was not.) which is taken out of context by by editing out audio/video and then claiming that it was part of a sermon given by Mr. Luce.
The second is a smear piece in which the cult rehashes its previous accusations that Mr. Luce stole documents and betrayed trust given to him by church leaders when he left the church out of conscience and revealed the many crimes and injustices both experienced and revealed over the course of his experience in the church and thereafter. In addition, it goes on to further allege that Mr. Luce was also implicit in the torture of his father, despite the fact that the professed criminals responsible (which include a SCEI-1BLOOD member) are now all in prison.
Both serve to further evidence SCEI-1BLOOD's determination to provide resources and efforts towards anything but dealing with the Truth. Why did Kenneth D. Jackson lie about his education, affiliations, and professional credentials if he is God's Apostle and chosen world leader?
The response to both videos, issued by Clayton L. Luce as a letter on the video comments at YouTube is as follows:
Ha-ha-ha. That skeet story was some of the funniest stuff I ever heard. Smoke Jackson was actually so drunk I doubt he even remembers it by now, but he actually tried to convince another member in my presence that skeet robbing women were an actual legitimate threat and the reason God said we shouldn't spill our seed onto the earth. Skeet was his term though. It always made me uncomfortable when he talked about it. I prefer the term cum. To me, thats just what it is.
I guess I had no choice at the time but to believe it since back then it was unconscionable to question "Administration." I didn't actually buy it deep down. When that man started drinking the stories got weirder and weirder - like murder weird.
Nice one Iyel- you got me back. Lol.
I find it interesting that you call it a sermon. (ahem) for those of you new to this feud - these people, including Iyel, believe that some Georgia witch doctor is actually the modern day King of Africa and the "Apostle of the One True Church of 'ELOHIYM" and that the rest of us (you and me) are actually controlled by demons and are either wicked living or non-elect living. You get the idea. The only thing missing from this whole fiasco is space aliens and poisoned kool-aid.
Oh yeah, and they built the pyramids. My bad. haha.
Anyway, Iyel, as much as I'd love to dust off the ole' PC and create an expose on your own past- which I have generously not done- I won’t. Frankly I tried from the beginning to warn you not to get involved so that your name didn't wind up in the middle of all this. I don't have to imagine what its like to be living under a PATRIOT Act America as a member of an extremist religious cult. Frankly, I am sorry that I was forced to engage you in the manner that I have and continue to have to in good conscience. I realize that your still in the dark on so much of the bigger picture that you can't even comprehend what the truth or lies actually are.
Kenneth Jackson Sr., Smoke and myself are operating on a level totally above and unknown to you. We play on a whole different field of knowledge. You still require KD or Smoke to reveal to you which facts are pertinent and which are not, and you follow blindly. You are simply out of your league. If you wish to make funny videos or further give your opposition more evidence of the desperation of your masters as justice closes in
So go for broke. I wont be sidetracked into some childish slander fest with the hired help. At least not where it is necessary for justice. I have no desire to defend my own reputation as my fruit, like yours, will speak for itself. Your masters know me better than that. Tsk, tsk. I can't blame them for trying though.
I've produced volumes of documents, recordings, strenuous research, and other forms of evidence documenting the corruptions and criminal activities of SCEI-1BLOOD and Kenneth D Jackson. Why should I tremble when the very best that my opponent has been able to offer in retaliation so far is a silly little cartoon full of undocumented allegations about my professionalism and an out-of-context video excerpt that is actually of itself a story showing the delusions of your own masters? How about some evidence. I've shown mine, why not show yours?
I guess since I left the church has just absolutely lost its public relations strategies and political understanding. If Jackson learned anything from me it should have been that the issue now- in terms of the public curiosity- is not my own character or the churches response to my character. The public has been waiting to see one of two things:
Whether the church presented a rebuttal to the accusations by presenting some form of evidence that the allegations I was making were false. This would be the obvious response of any innocent individual or organization.
or
Whether the church engaged in a slander campaign against me in order to make the evidence against it disappear by discrediting the source, which while it can help in certain legal cases, this option has very little value in terms of public relations as people aren’t stupid and won’t be fooled that easily. At least not the few that actually matter on a political level.
For a while, I will be honest, we all started to think that the church was taking the political neutral option: remain silent and not be counted a fool.
Now this question of church response has been answered.
I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. Hail Mary it and hope for the best. If the ship is sinking anyway, why not make a last ditch effort to plug the leaks. For the most part my role is done anyways. I was just the whistle-blower. I'm not the authorities and its no longer my daily burden. All evidence is laid bare, including many of my own sins and shortcomings - may God have mercy on us all.
In the meantime why not make a video that actually refutes my allegations. Like the name of his Alma Mater of an accredited university where he received his Doctorates? Proof of his titles or any government state department that can or will verify any diplomatic status of Kenneth Jackson at this time or at any time in history? People don’t give a crap about me. There is no story with me. Some white dude joined a cult and got a DUI and smokes delicious tobacco out of a pipe like Gandalf. So what? I’m not a pulitzer writer or big shot journalist so that people want to read or watch videos about me.

I will say as a side note and in closing: I found your allegation that I was involved in the brutal torture and theft of my own father and the vast majority of my own personal wealth and savings to be terribly offensive and outright stupid- even for you. Surely KD must have lost his intellectual faculties if he actually endorsed that view publicly. I doubt that he did. If so he has indeed fallen quite low from the heights he thought he would be enjoying right now. Its valuable to me that both of these videos are now on the record and affiliated with the church through your name. Con-man "Ambassador" Kenneth D. Jackson, Sr. to defraud Gambian Investors?
The disgraced con-man and cult-leader, "Ambassador" "Dr." Kenneth D. Jackson, the SCEI-1BLOOD (Sovereign Church of 'ELOHIYM / 1BLOOD) cult leader who now lives in relative obscurity in light of several ongoing investigations ranging from child molestation to potential ties with terrorism, has once again publicly admitted his relationship with the puppet dictator and warlord Yahya Jammeh, President of theGambia.
In a report released by the state propaganda newspaper, Daily Observer, Mr. Kenneth D. Jackson has once again revealed to the public his unwavering support for the brutal military leader, Yahya Jammeh, who took the government by force during a military coup and has since been connected, and allegedly responsible for corruption and state endorsed genocide within the Gambia.
Jackson once again repeated his previous statements about the safety of the Gambia and its potential as an economic power base in the region and the world. Jackson, who has claimed diplomatic status as an Ambassador in two different countries, also claims to be Gods divine leader on earth.
He has also made public claims to be the single appointed global Ambassador of the one true church of God, a position which he claims to have inherited from former World Wide Church of God leader Herbert W. Armstrong, who also claimed to be God's Ambassador on earth and the modern day Elijah- a position similar to Mr. Jackson's own self claimed incarnation as a modern day Joseph.
Jackson, an American native born to several generations of U.S. citizens or slaves, claims to be a descended King of West Africa and the rightful sole heir of a huge swath of West Africa encompassing the Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone- two other countries in which Jackson tried unsuccessfully to rise to power, allegedly resulting in his general exile from those places.
After two failed attempts at setting up a powerbase using agriculture, it seems he may now be shifting his strategy towards the manipulation of economics.
In the report released last week, entitled "Ambassador Urges Investors to Make Gambia Preferred Choice," Jackson made reference to his first "diplomatic" mission, which in fact he has previously admitted had not actually been formally endorsed by the state departments of the Gambia, Canada or the United States.
That trip further resulted in his somewhat public humiliation when the U.S. Government refused to acknowledge him at all causing him to cancel a supposed "U.S. leg" of the trip during which he was supposed to meet with "top leaders" in Washington, D.C.
He claimed that the U.S. government "had refused to properly acknowledge and formally invite him» which insulted his position of authority and meant that they would have to "come begging" later.
This writer spent over 14 days covering the Canada trip as part of Jackson's personal entourage and was witness to a variety of dishonest claims, attempts to commit fraud as well as a fully pre-planned murder plot to eliminate a former member of Jacksons organization.
While in Canada Jackson used multiple false claims and credentials to attempt to defraud private industry leaders to investing in massive infrastructure programs in Gambia- including a giant floating deep water seaport.
Among those targeted by Jackson were shipping magnate Blair McKeil and equipment and scrap trader Bill Van Ravenswaay.
The murder plot was to occur at Ravenswaay's scrap yard on Highway 56, Canfield, Ontario.
Ravenswaay, Jacksons primary host and "strategic partner" (in his own words) was during a portion of that trip incarcerated on gun charges stemming charges levied against him as the result of Project Heist, a five month OPP investigation focusing on W.G. Equipment, owned by Van Ravenswaay.
This investigation charged that Van Ravenswaay and his son, Trevor, ran a Haldimand County company that shipped stolen vehicles and parts out of Canada.
Van Ravenswaay faces a total of 38 charges over the exports, altered vehicle identification numbers, forgery and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Jackson, has also been conclusively linked to several other frauds, including using false credentials, investment scams and even frauds as wild as involvement with a false branch of the Knights of Malta which was responsible for numerous frauds and subject to several criminal investigations,.
Among the known deceptions of Ambassador Apostle Dr. Kenneth D. Jackson, Sr. are a fantastical false CV which claims him to be a King, Diplomat, Ambassador, Apostle, Indian Chieftain, Special Attorney, Holistic Doctor, Dentist, University President, and much more.
The education listed on his CV includes two defunct diploma mills and the University of Maryland College Park which has adamantly denied that he ever attended, including issuing a formal letter of denial.
The question on everyone’s mind now is, what is the real relationship between President Jammeh and Kenneth D. Jackson, Sr., why is he claiming to be Ambassador-at-Large, why is the State propaganda rag endorsing it and lastly, how many more victims will be left in the wake of this man?
Even as his religious cult following in Macon, Georgia U.S.A. reel from the blows of the criminal trial of Jackson's number three administrator for aggravated child molestation, which extends to his own son Smoke Jackson, and while multiple family's struggle to piece together lives broken and young girls forever scarred by the sadistic abuses of Ambassador Dr. Kenneth D. Jackson, Sr. and his organization, he is still at his old games playing God with politics and further complicating geopolitical factors already at play in West Africa and the World.

On July 4 2013 a child was born. According to false prince Smoke Jackson of Sovereign Church of ELOHIYM International / 1BLOOD International this would not occur. In 2011 Smoke Jackson prophesied over a female of his congregation that her next pregnancy would result in the death of herself and her child. As of July 4, that child was born extremely healthy and without complications, and the mother is expected to make a full recovery. This marks yet another historically recorded false prophecy of the anti-Christ cult SCEI-1BLOOD and its criminal leaders.

In this video Sovereign Church of 'ELOHIYM International / 1BLOOD International ( SCEI-1BLOOD International ) headquarters pastor Smoke Jackson gives an emotional fear mongering plea to his congregation, laced with spiritual and physical threats designed to terrify his members into giving up their rights to think for themselves and to submit to the authority of the cult administration.
This is an excellent case study for recognizing the subtle methods of fear based mind control used by destructive bible-based cults.
It begins with Smoke Jackson revealing that he has once again been stricken with a bizarre tragedy, being struck by lightning (evidence for those with eyes to see that he clearly isnt under God's protection.) This is to establish to the group his overwhelming sacrifice as the humble leader of a flock. He even hints that it is not yet his time to die, but reveals that his martyrdom as a human sacrifice is coming in the future. Furthermore he reveals that both Kenneth D. Jackson Sr and the African pastor are suffering from serious health problems.
After this he threatens members with ominous warnings of the "9th hour" coming to a close, meaning the last chance for salvation and exemption from being burned alive in fire.
He goes on to say that "he is not pointing fingers" towards members, while obviously pointing fingers.
The most disgusting part of the video is that this pedophilic criminal gangster and murderer uses fake tears and claims to be some sort of voice for God. Imagine the punishment Smoke Jackson and Kenneth Sr. will receive. He will say "I never knew you."
In the end, the message is simple. "we are the true Elect of God", and everyone that is not a member of SCEI-1BLOOD International is less than us.

SCEI-1BLOOD alleged pedophile Andres Rivera-Fuentes - Proof that he was in the cult
In this video we will see accused child molester Andres Rivera-Fuentes conducting Sovereign Church of 'ELOHIYM International / 1BLOOD International Sabbath Services. In this video we will see the alleged sex offender conducting his duties within the cult SCEI-1BLOOD International.
Furthermore, the clear evidence that SCEI-1BLOOD is a dangerous and destructive cult is found in the video as the "announcements" go on. Classic cult language is used as Mr. Fuentes announces the "consequences" for "violating" the 1 mph speed limit, and further goes on to state that ushers are "extensions of 'ELOHIYM's (Gods) divine administration" and that members can either have seats dictated to them like cattle, or "follow there own agenda outside of 'ELOHIYM's Sanctuary".
After that, financial scams are revealed as he manipulates members into accepting. The breakdown is full cost for male adult head of household, half charge for spouse and college students, and 1/3 cost for teens.
After these announcements, Mr. Fuentes reads a list of sick members (despite the claim that SCEI-1BLOOD members experience divine health) followed by an update on Kenneth D. Jackson (the false god and idol of SCEI-1BLOOD.)

Due to a number of other projects currently in the works and other circumstances beyond our control we have been unable to update the site for 2 days. Regular updates should resume July 6.
We would like to thank our audience and supporters who have grown over 1,000% since JUNE!!!! We had 2,000 unique (brand new) multiple hit visitors in July! Thanks to the broad support ranging from government officials and law enforcement to former cult members, doctors, lawyers and activists the truth about SCEI-1BLOOD (Sovereign Church of 'ELOHIYM International and 1BLOOD International) has gone viral.
We now have members who are actually approached randomly in public by strangers who recognize us ranging from county commissioners, deputies, to concerned parents in Macon and Twiggs County, with a number of churches now asking for more information. As of this month FBI investigations are still ongoing, Andres Rivera-Fuentes of SCEI-1BLOOD has been denied bond pending trial, and investigations of allegations against Smoke Jackson are now in full swing.
We want to thank all of you so much for your support and words of encouragement. Though it has taken many months, the community is finally starting to band together and SCEI-1BLOOD is no longer recognized as a church by locals, but as a cult.
We wish to remind supporters that we are a not-for-profit activism and news group. Please do not send us donations. If you wish to contribute, we continue to encourage you to spend that money creating flyers, signing petitions, and spreading the word. THe most important thing is putting pressure on law enforcement to protect this community.

Once again a Ceast and Desist Notice (SEE BELOW PAGE) has been given and delivered in First Class Mail. It is merely a more comprehensive archiving of infringement and other legal claims against us in the form of a "final" Cease and Desist. Why they continue to make legal notices and allegations while refusing to present an attorney or competent counsel or simply filing a lawsuit remains unknown.
For whatever reason SCEI-1BLOOD MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES are now being used as a fictitious entity representing itself as though before a court while being represented by Iyel Bey. Mr. Bey at this time, in accordance with the more literal hard line maritime law beliefs, likely associated with the broader views of the Washitaw Nation and other organizations, including many darker more sinister groups and individuals who attempt to use international loopholes and national laws to exist within a depatriated status, being recognized publicly as citizens of several nations or no nations at all existing as human Sovereigns purely.
This has been a very common theme I have noticed for as long as I dealt with them. A gentleman who I will not name at this time, but who was a brilliant legal mind and may or may not have been from a devious past, counseled Kenneth Jackson and assisted in this form of legal wizardry which deals in Powers and Principalities and the navigation of both civil and maritime law. I am very familiar with it and studied it for sometime. In fact, I practice it here because I represent myself as myself. I invoke those powers granted to me and use them so that YOU, the READER and you the reader both get the truth about Kenneth D. Jackson, Sr., Smoke Jackson and any others knowingly or willingly manipulating, damaging and/or controlling the powers and principalities of individual humans without fear, because I know the truth and the truth will prevail, whether our individual circumstances end up well or not.
As for privacy notices, there is no privacy between myself and Iyel Bey. When Mr. Bey chose to interfere in the freedom of the press, to break the free flow of vital and important information between the members of the SCEI-1BLOOD CultWatch and all others, and to attempt to strike a blow against survivors of cult abuse, the press, you the world, and your right to know. It has come to my attention that you are in possession of and have made unauthorized use of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES copyrighted materials. Sovereign Church of ‘ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES has never been verified to me as possessing any registered copyrights to my work or any work I ever produced during my time working both as a private photographer with authorization to take photographs of church events. No contracts were ever signed, and had they been would have been based in the same kind of deceptions and false pretenses as virtually every other dealings conducted by the “church.” I was never at any time bound to any sort of allegiance to any man or obligation. I bound and ally myself to God first and my Country second, which the Administration of SCEI-1BLOOD falsely claimed to represent. While I can respect its right to practice its religion freely as protected under our US Constitution, I do not believe those rights extend to religious sects who cause physical, mental or emotional harm to human beings, steal, murder, or subvert through false pretenses or by claiming to be worshipping one thing, when in reality they are worshipping another and deceiving their flocks or members.

It has also come to my attention that you have used electronic copies of audio, documents, photographic and video documentation obtained from the SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES and of the work entitled A CLOSER LOOK (collectively, the "Works") in the preparation of works derived therefrom. SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES has reserved all rights in the Works, which have been consolidated and stored physically in the Church archives since 1979, and first published in electronic form in 2009 at http://www.'elohiym.org. First off, ELOHIYM.org went up in 2011 as I led the Web Development Team and put the site up and populated it. Secondly very little of the information on the site was being published for the first time, or distributed on www.elohiym.org. Most of that was just generic rehashing and a blog for new propaganda stories, not much more. It was a PR solution to exist while the larger framework was built up. Things like CRANEW, EPOS, and the 1BLOOD Creed had been published for years.
I have repeatedly stated my position on this and will so once more. I either filmed or edited the majority of the content of that movie in a creative collaboration with both Kenneth D Jackson and Iyel Bey. In classic fashion Mr. Jackson was once again very concerned that Mr. Bey would not be able to create and complete the project on time or in a fashion that would impress him. It immediately became clear that a propaganda film was being produced so I directed my efforts towards that agenda. For those who have not seen the film, you will not likely be able to sit through it. While entertaining at some points it is largely just a giant video reel of Mr. Jackson glorifying himself or his operations through the scripted and pre discussed praise of the various characters in the film. Iyel was playing the role of an eccentric caricature of himself who claimed to be an independent investigative journalist investigating the mighty “Dr. J” due to public demands and rumors. No such demand existed, except within the church and Mr. Jacksons small network of scams full of people who wondered why such a powerful organization as SCEI-1BLOOD wasn’t getting any legitimate press attention despite the fact that it claimed to have developed a global food security plan and had hundreds of thousands of acres of rapidly producing rice fields and harvesting operations.
I did not play in the film, although my father did as well as a number of others, as I was behind the scenes and creating the final product. Iyel contributed to the film by filming and editing the short narrative videos and creating music for those portions as well. He also had the responsibility of transposing many different files, clippings, photographs, etc. onto digital films and creating well-made photo montages and splicing together hours and hours of African footage. I created logos, soundtracks, most of the local video content, provided narrative voiceovers, final splicing and editing, local photography and general post production responsibilities including making video DVDs, packaging and designing them.
There was never any sort of contract of release or any other legal issues, which are standard in virtually any legitimate documentary film or any other type of film. All parties acted as free agents and I operated as Emagyn Media Company, the name applied to all of my creative works and equipment / facilities used to create them. My logo and personal credits appear at both the beginning and end of the film as well as the Emagyn name. Although the end of the film credits state “Copyright of SCEI-1BLOOD” or whatever it said, I never had any sort of standing agreement with Mr. Jackson or Mr. Bey in regards to intellectual property or what portions of my work and contributions would be exclusive to whom.

You neither asked for, nor received permission to transfer any sounds or visual images from the Archives to record to a disc, tape, videotape, film, or other article on which sounds or visual images are recorded onto any other disc, wire, tape, videotape, film, or article, to be taken off site. To the best of my knowledge the “Archives” is just some sort of fictional entity which may or may not occupy physical space. My archives were mostly on my own personally hard drive as a result of my own creation of them, being given to me, or on some occasions even being loaded onto my hard drives by KD himself. I see nothing which I require permission for anyways in the performance of spreading the news, educating the public and providing criticism as allowed to me by U.S. Law. Covered by Section 107. Any such transfer was conducted without the consent of the owner of the master disc, master tape, master videotape, master film, or other device or article from which the sounds or visual images were derived. 90% of any masters of anything I ever handed over to the church were nothing more than DVD’s I made and wrote “master” on with a Sharpie. They were just master DVD’s photos or whatever else, and not originals. I hold the majority of the original physical and digital material, from which SCEI master copies were made, in my own possession and in the safe keeping of others. No permission has been granted for you to use or monetize the Works as the basis for any outside projects, nor to make or distribute copies of works derived therefrom. I have not monetized any material which was not my own. All copies of images and photographs not originally taken by me of SCEI-1BLOOD are used only for the purpose of news, education, research and criticism. Therefore, I believe you have willfully infringed rights protected under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages. Section 101 of Title17 dealing with Copyright Law is merely a chapter devoted to terms and definitions and protects nothing. Assuming that you meant to say Title 17 Chapter 1 as a whole there are plenty of protections for free use and reproduction to comply with freedom of speech laws. Under Section 107, Titled “Fair Use” permissions are clearly given along with the various situations which allow it. SCEI-1BLOOD CultWatch and SCEI-1BLOOD Fraud as well as all videos posted to video hosting sites clearly fall within the category of Section 107 exemptions.
To summarize my response to Paragraph G, although it may seem very unfair in some cases, the people have a great deal of freedom within copyright laws to freely communicate about copyright material, including photographing or videotaping (with or without permissions) for the purpose of freedom of speech and to protect the public by providing freedom of the press. Even in the case of images or videos being taken without permission or on private equipment there is ample case law and precedent to back up the right of the press.
The fact remains that I broke no laws to obtain the materials in my possession and the possession of my affiliates, and that my use of all photographs has been for the purpose to expose criminal and immoral activities, to report important information regarding the physical wellbeing of the community, to criticize and openly protest against these activities and to provide research for educational purposes to the public and media so that the people can be made aware of important events within the commonwealth.
Although sites such as You Tube and Vimeo and online hosting companies do monetize user submitted material through advertising and product sales, these do not revoke Section 107 rights or the Digital Millenium Copyright Act in a case like this. CNN, ABC, NBC and the vast majority of other news sources monetize through advertising and product sales while still being protected. All though most of these companies will comply with a legitimate claim by removing material for a short time, without a court judgement or proceedings there is no law requiring them to continue censorship of material after several days.

If it is not the right of the press and educational institutions or teachers to report to the public, I do not know what is.

Kenneth Jackson has not produced any verifiable proof of education, medical training or affiliation with 90% of his alleged accomplishments or associations. He has not been publicly registered in any government registry as holding any diplomatic titles or positions and has not yet been recognized or verified by the U.S. State Department. Moreso, the U.S. State Department has made no recognition of Miracle Manor as being any form of protected embassy or consul and no such recognition of SCEI-1BLOOD Internationals diplomatic status been made by any legitimate authoritative international body. The copies of “diplomatic” correspondences reported on our sites are simply evidence of Kenneth Jackson’s involvement with puppet dictators and international war criminals and known subversives. Multiple attempts at verifying any legitimacy to these documents through contact with the various West African governments and most, if not all, signatories to documents in our possession are now dead.

The reporting of names of people involved in crimes, cults, political organizations, NGO’s, churches, companies, etc. is nothing new, nor does our use violate the law. As far as addresses, I have not published the personal addresses of individual members. The address given was the publicly published church address at 5 Joyce Drive. Several members of the cult live at that address on the compound and they are living with the choices they made. They chose to share an address with a cult and now they are associated with news and information about the cult.
· photographic identification of faces and names of minor children without permission of parents or copyright holder
First, I took the images on my camera with the consent of the private property owners as well as the mother of the children. Second, there is no copyright law relating to children, and federal laws to not prohibit the photography of children. No one can be confused by looking at the picture that she was posing for a photograph and willingly displayed her children. Lastly, to date, the mother has still not made any complaint to us and we do not consider SCEI-1BLOOD International to have the legal right to speak on her behalf. We are still protected under Section 107. However, for our own ethical reasons, and because we did not at the time of publishing realize that the minors names had been displayed in the image URL of the photograph’s, and will in good faith edit those URL’s so as not to provide names of small children. The photograph itself however will remain posted as protected under Section 107 until such time as a court judge orders its lawful removal.
Which as (a) former church administrator(s), you(r)(s) had a legally enforceable duty to keep confidential. All of which are against applicable state and federal law.
That is a sweet sentiment, but it holds no legal water in this case. Firstly, I was never made aware that I was a church administrator. I was always being given instruction those who called themselves church administrators, and frequently advised and collaborated with them, but they never referred to me as an administrator and in fact made it seem quite clear that I was not. My duties, as I accepted them, were to create and maintain propaganda and to manage public relations, using the tools and resources at my disposal and most often did so publicly as Emagyn Media Company. I never received any salary or stipend nor did I ever enter into any sort of formal agreement or contract regarding terms or conditions of my administrative position, legal obligations or hierarchal position within the organization. Most importantly, all pretenses that I actually did have were based on false representation by Kenneth Jackson, deception, criminal fraud and extortion. At no time did I ever relinquish my freedom or independence, or my right to freedom of speech. No gag order has been placed upon me and no non-disclosure agreements were ever signed or recorded. I am under no obligation, legal or otherwise, to protect the unethical and illegal actions of SCEI-1BLOOD, its membership or affiliates. I have the right to produce evidence in the form of images, videos, copies of documents, literature and recordings to the public for the purpose of education, public awareness, reporting a crime, criticizing a cult and defending the republic as allowed to me under Title 17 Section 107.

This is timely written Notice and Demand that you are to IMMEDIATELY CEASE and DESIST from:
1. The use and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Works, and all copies of them;
2. Desist from this or any other infringement of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA my rights in the future;
3. Make available for inspection and copying, all materials, outtakes and footage that were your duty to place, with the originals thereof, in the Archives;
4. Recover and return all unauthorized copies of SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES private property distributed to any third parties and inform them that you were without authority to grant any use of the copyrighted materials.
In response to your notice and demand to cease and desist, I refuse on all 4 measures to comply, and stand in defiance of your assumed authority to censor the press and my own person. I invoke my right to freedom of speech to the extents provided by applicable copyright law under Title 17 Section 107 of the USC. I retain my right and the right of all others in possession of the materials in question, to copy and redistribute and further build upon the research and education and investigations into SCEI-1BLOOD International, destructive cults in general, the impacts on society and culture, criminal implications and the right of the people to know about such institutions and threats to the U.S. Republic and other free peoples around the world.

It is my opinion that CLAYTON L. LUCE'S actions have violated state and Federal laws. Your continued violations which infringe SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES copyrights, may constitute harassment and may subject you to substantial civil damages in addition to statutory fines and penalties. This Notice will serve as proof that you were fully informed of said violations and harassment and that you voluntarily, willfully and knowingly, chose to continue to commit said crime(s) against SOVEREIGN CHURCH OF 'ELOHIYM INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA ARCHIVES, the minor children whose faces and names have been improperly disclosed and myself.
I refuse and disavow that assumption and claim under penalty of perjury that Iyel bey and SCEI-1BLOOD International have failed to cite laws or precedence’s that would suggest that I am committing any crimes. I fully maintain that my actions have been protected by the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Copyright Law and that no crimes have been committed. I fully intend to continue in my legal and moral obligations to reveal the treachery of SCEI-1BLOOD and to provide needed information to the public, researchers, politicians, law enforcement, scholars, etc., as well as for my own personal activism and criticism as protected by freedom of speech in this country. I am a flesh and blood human and have on multiple occasions now corresponded to legal accusations against me, and affixed my signature to submit the matter before a United States court of law, and to comply with any judgment granted, and the process of appeals.
Furthermore, I refuse to take responsibility for the actions or assumed liabilities clearly implied by Mr. Bey under the identity CLAYTON L LUCE. I am operating always in this matter as my flesh and blood human identified as Clayton L. Luce. Although there are a number of legal fictions and straw men referred to in this Cease and Desist, they all exist on the part of Iyel Bey and Kenneth Jackson. I represent only the living breathing body of myself and other living breathing bodies represented by me.

If I have not received an affirmative response from you by June 31, 2013, indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements, I shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.
I have told you in three or four letters now, both public and private, that I have no intention of complying with your demands and of your need to bring the matter to court should you so decide. This will be the last official correspondence I will make regarding this matter until I receive a Notice to Appear. You cannot threaten me or try to intimidate me with legal threats. I am fully prepared to defend myself in court and will appreciate the opportunity. However, it is not I who is making the demand, so it will not be I who will file the first motion.
